Please read these policies before booking your appointment:

* A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 50% of the total cost is REQUIRED to book and truly confirm appt. ($75 deposit required for any wedding parties or special event).

​

* ALL fees, including traveling fees and deposits are due at the time of booking! 

​

* Deposits are accepted through Cashapp, Venmo, or Paypal.

​

*  DO NOT come to your appointment under the influence of drugs or alcohol

​

*  Please DO NOT come sick (people with bacterial infections, viruses, cold sores cannot and will NOT be worked on).

​

*  Please DO NOT use your phone while getting a service done.

 

* I DO NOT refill others lash extension work.

​

*  There is an additional traveling fee of $15 and up when traveling to any client ( if you live outside of the 
 Boston/Quincy area you may be subject to a $25+ traveling fee)

​

*  I do not travel more than 25 minutes to a clients residence (unless it is a wedding party/event).

​

*  If appointment is rearranged for you to come to me, DO NOT bring extra people with you, unless they are getting a service done as well

​

*  Any appointments before 10:00am and after 7:00pm will be an additional fee.

​

*  To avoid any unfair delays with other clients please be ON TIME.

 

*  If you are 10 or more minutes late your appt. will be cancelled. No exceptions. 

 

*  If you need to cancel your appointment, there MUST be a 48-72 hour notice.

 

*  If you cancel the day of, you will be issued to pay the rest of the service (failure to do so will result in no future appts.)
